Many have been waiting to hear about the Provisional Waivers proposed in January. But, no further information on this policy has been released since its commentary period.
However, there is a new Centralized I-601 Process as of June 4, 2012. This means reduced wait times outside the US for waiver results! One of our clients filed their Waiver through this central processing on June 7, and it was approved by July 13, 2012!
