On May 21, the Senate Judiciary Committee passed S. 744, the Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act. The vote on the bill was 13 to 5.
The next stop on the road to reform will be sending the bill to be debated, amended, and voted on by the entire Senate. We will continue to provide updates on the progress of the bill as we learn more!
